Leaving a Lasting Impression
Karen Sullivan greets everyone with the respect of a friend, offering a smile and enthusiastic greeting to each person she meets. As the Bank Sales Manager for Anchor Bank Lakeville, Karen leads, manages and holds accountable the Personal Banking team. She makes a point to know each Anchor team member and customer, finding something dynamic and interesting about each of them. Her goal is to make a positive impact, whether she is providing customer service coaching for a team member or identifying banking needs or opportunities for a customer. By creating an environment of teamwork and collaboration, Karen and her team strive to exceed customer expectations.
To stay visible in the community, Karen is active in the Lakeville Chamber where she serves as an ambassador and a committee member for the Landscape and Home Expo. She helps with Pan-O-Prog, which is the City of Lakeville’s Summer Festival, and volunteers for 360 Communities, Junior Achievement and United Way.
Karen has completed the Kankakee Area Career Center “Business Management” and the Saint Mary’s University “Journey into Leadership” certification courses. Driven to deliver excellence, Karen works closely with her team to increase the level of accuracy, productivity and security with each customer interaction.
When she’s not lending a hand to Anchor employees and customers, or community organizations, she enjoys riding her motorcycle with her significant other. They load up camping gear and land in new locations along Minnesota’s rivers, learning about each small town and its residents.
